Speakylink is a multi-channel solution that can be managed by the teams at your call center (sales management, after-sales, support service, customer service, etc.) using the telephony tools you already have in place. Aggregated Speakylink feeds will then be loaded directly into your telephony statistics.
The Speakylink feeds can be configured like any incoming phone call and it functions with any type of telecom infrastructure: PABX, IPBX, Centrex, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, Mitel, Cisco, Asterisk, Astra, etc.
