We’ve all faced a situation that’s hard to describe and resolve over the phone, haven’t we?

We’ve all faced a situation that’s hard to describe over the phone, haven’t we?

One morning, my daughter, Lola, who was 10 years old at the time, called me on my cell phone to tell me that the chain on her bike came off. I tried to explain to her how to put the chain back on. I used all the proper words: cogset, chainring, crankset, etc., but she couldn’t do it on her own.

And then she told me: “Dad, it’s too bad that you can’t see what I’m doing over the phone.”

Then and there, I decided to create Speakylink. The need I observed then is all the more important today.

In spite of the emergence of numerous new technologies, the telephone remains companies’ primary communication channel

Even though it’s still by far the top choice, sometimes voice communication is insufficient to describe a complex situation

What’s more, having spent over 20 years serving customer service professionals, who do exceptional work, I decided to create Speakylink to make their work easier and to promote and enhance their skills.

Our mission is to bring the technical and interpersonal expertise of customer service professionals to those who need assistance. We aim to establish tools and systems that enhance the human and technical skills of these professionals.

Concerned about the massive environmental challenges facing our world, we also want to make sure that this expertise can be delivered efficiently and without carbon emissions.
