One morning, my daughter, Lola, who was 10 years old at the time, called me on my cell phone to tell me that the chain on her bike came off. I tried to explain to her how to put the chain back on. I used all the proper words: cogset, chainring, crankset, etc., but she couldn’t do it on her own.
And then she told me: “Dad, it’s too bad that you can’t see what I’m doing over the phone.”
Then and there, I decided to create Speakylink. The need I observed then is all the more important today.
